Payment protection

Stripe payments: All Stripe transactions are automatically protected. Your payment is held securely until the seller confirms shipment.

PayMe/FPS transfers: Cardex requires proof-of-payment uploads for manual verification. Upload your transfer receipt in the order details page after completing payment.

Never send money outside Cardex: Always use the official payment methods. If a seller asks for direct bank transfers or alternative payment apps, report them immediately.

Trust signals

Trusted seller badges: Look for verified, elite, or standard trust badges on seller profiles. These indicate sellers who have completed multiple successful transactions.

Reviews and ratings: Check seller review counts and average ratings before making a purchase. Higher ratings and more reviews indicate reliable sellers.

Power Seller / Shop Pro: Sellers with subscription badges have committed to maintaining high service standards.

Communication

Use Cardex messaging: Always communicate through the Cardex messaging system. This keeps a record of all conversations and helps resolve disputes.

Ask questions: Don't hesitate to ask sellers about card condition, shipping methods, or any concerns before purchasing.

Report issues: If you encounter suspicious behavior, scams, or receive items that don't match the listing, contact Cardex support immediately.

Shipping and delivery

Verify addresses: Double-check shipping addresses before confirming orders. Cardex is not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect addresses.

Track shipments: Sellers should provide tracking numbers for shipped items. Monitor your order status in the account dashboard.

Inspect on arrival: Carefully inspect items when they arrive. If there are discrepancies, contact the seller and Cardex support within 48 hours.
